I support women who choose to birth in hospitals, birth centres and homebirth settings, working alongside hospital midwifes, clinicians, homebirth teams, independent midwifes and other doulas.
DOULA
A doula can help you to create a safe and empowering birth and mothering
experience supporting you physically, emotionally, spiritually and has a wealth of educational resources.
They support the mother during pregnancy, labour and birth and in early postpartum period.
They are not medical professionals and do not replace the wonderful skills of midwifes.
Doulas support you alongside healthcare professionals to compliment your package of care.
Antenatal Support
Services start with a 2 x 2-hour support (online or face to face)
Labour & Birth Support
Services start from 38 weeks to the birth of your baby.
Includes 4 hours post birth to settle mum and baby.
1 Month Postpartum Support
Services start with a 1 x 2 hour visit.
