My passion to support women and their wellbeing has grown and flourished over the last few years running Women’s Circles, offering the Closing of the Bones Massage, Womb Wellness therapies, as well as Teaching weekly Yoga classes and 1-2-1 Pregnancy Yoga in Suffolk.

It is important to me that you feel you are wholly supported and nurtured through your transitions in life. Women of old once supported each other in their own communities providing practical help, remedies, nourishment, nurturing, knowledge, guidance and love.
